Yiva Piersma is an experienced corporate recruiter currently employed at D&B The Facility Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, Yiva served as a shop manager at Rituals and held the position of Terminal Manager at Lagardère Travel Retail the Netherlands, overseeing multiple gifting shops at Schiphol Airport. Yiva has also worked at IKEA Nederland as a team manager in Customer Relations, leading a team of 25 and focusing on coaching and recruitment. Additional experience includes setting up the Guest Relations department at Park Plaza Vondelpark, pre-opening responsibilities at Hyatt Place, and various roles in the hospitality sector, beginning as a management trainee. Yiva holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a specialization in International Hotel Management from NHTV Internationale Hogeschool Breda.
