Jenna Godshall, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner III at Carlisle Construction Materials, supporting HR operations for 650 employees across multiple manufacturing plants. With a strategic partnership role to operations leadership, Jenna manages full life cycle recruiting and co-chairs the Employee Engagement Committee. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Allen Distribution, where support was provided for over 200 hourly associates, and as a Human Resources Representative at The AMES Companies, Inc., administering FMLA and STD in line with regulations. Jenna began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Volvo Construction Equipment, where various HR functions were handled while actively participating in organizational initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Shippensburg University.
