Melissa Kooke is an experienced professional in the hospitality and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as Concept Development Manager at D&B The Facility Group since October 2018, Melissa is responsible for developing service concepts across various facility services, implementing CSR policies, and managing strategic projects within the Business Development team. Previously, Melissa worked as Bid Manager within the Sales team, coordinating and writing tenders for various sectors including Catering and Facility Management. Additional roles include Foodscout at We Canteen, Project Manager at Foodservice Network, and Assistant Brands & Marketing Manager at HMSHost International, where Melissa played a key role in marketing and brand management for multiple food concepts. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hotel Management and has pursued various additional training courses to enhance professional skills.
