Dustin Kochensparger began their career in 2012 as a Student Ambassador at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Dustin then co-founded Blind Horizon Studios and worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Game Developer at Second Avenue Learning. In 2013, they worked as a Producer at Magic Spell Studios and as a Software Engineering Intern at Carney, Inc. In 2014, they worked as an Associate Producer and Production Intern at Uncorked Studios, and as a Producer at MAGIC Spell Studios. In 2015, they were Co-Founder of DB Creations, Inc., and also worked as a Senior Producer, Producer, Line Producer, and Associate Producer at Bungie. As an Associate Producer at Bungie, they worked with art and multidisciplinary small teams on raids, strikes, missions and gear. As a Senior Producer, they served as producer for the Commerce Area on Destiny 2, and previously produced Rewards area, creating all player items for Destiny 2.

Dustin Kochensparger attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Game Design and Development.
