Paulo Nicioli Paes is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in digital business development and communication. As the Head of Technology at DAYTWO since February 2018, Paulo has also served in roles such as Senior Technology Advisor and Senior Full Stack Developer. Prior to this, Paulo co-founded ZOE. Benefícios Sustentáveis and held the position of CTO. Experience includes leading digital initiatives at Oslo Business Region and serving as Technology Advisor at DayTwo, where a passion for technology facilitated the creation of strong digital brand experiences. A former Creative Technologist and Digital Advisor at McCann Oslo, and an Interactive Developer at various firms, Paulo's career began with co-founding Naipe Interactive while earning a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
