Michael Ingalls possesses extensive experience in operations, sales, and marketing within the manufacturing and retail sectors. Since September 2017, Michael has held multiple leadership roles at Dayton Rogers Manufacturing, including Executive Director of Operations and Executive Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to this, Michael served as Assistant Logistics Manager at Mattress Firm from October 2016 to September 2017, and held various managerial positions at Gander Mountain from November 2010 to November 2016, including Assistant Store Manager - Sales and Firearms Department Supervisor.
