Blake Anderson is an experienced Urologist currently practicing at Dayton Physicians Network since July 2018. Prior to this role, Blake completed an Endourology Fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine from July 2017 to June 2018, primarily based at IU Health Methodist Hospital. Blake's extensive training includes a Urology Residency and a General Surgery Internship at The University of Chicago from June 2011 to June 2017. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, obtained between 2007 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry-engineering, Physics-Engineering, and Chemistry from Washington and Lee University, completed in 2007.
