Melanie DeKeyrel Bell is an experienced professional in the bakery and deli sector, currently serving as a Bakery/Deli Technical Consultant at Hockenberg Newburgh since March 2018 and as a Bakery Sales Technician at Daymon Worldwide since June 2012. Melanie's career began at WalMart as a Cake Designer from April 1996 to June 2010, which provided a foundation for creative cake design. Following that, Melanie worked at HyVee as a Cake Designer from June 2010 to June 2012, specializing in custom wedding and sculpted cakes. Additionally, Melanie served as a Graduate Assistant at Bradley University from 2002 to 2005, contributing to the university galleries' programming. Educational credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Illustration and Printmaking from Bradley University, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Printmaking from Western Illinois University, and two Associate of Arts degrees from Black Hawk College in Fine and Studio Arts and Commercial and Advertising Art.
