Leigh Ann Ruijters has extensive experience in risk management and claims administration across various organizations. Currently serving as a Complex Claims Specialist at Costco Wholesale since August 2018, Leigh Ann is responsible for overseeing the investigation and resolution of Commercial General and Automobile Liability claims while evaluating company exposure and making strategic recommendations. Prior to this role, Leigh Ann held the position of Senior Manager Corporate Risk at Daymon since April 2017, where responsibilities included managing insurance programs, overseeing high-risk claims, and collaborating with insurance carriers. Additionally, Leigh Ann has been a Risk Coordinator for Warehouse Demo Services since October 2000, managing workers' compensation claims, and was a Claims Adjuster at Crawford & Company from July 1998 to September 2000. Leigh Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Western Washington University.
