Donella Thompson is a financial intake specialist at Daymark Recovery Services since January 2021, responsible for verifying insurance information and ensuring accuracy in processing and billing. Previously, Donella worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association from March 2002 to June 2017, where responsibilities included resolving Medicare Secondary Payor issues and managing inquiries from the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services. Donella holds two degrees from High Point University: a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management earned in May 2005, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in the same field completed in 2005.
