Nick Falzone currently serves as the Sr. Director of Product Development, Integrations at Dayforce, overseeing a global engineering team focused on the Dayforce integration platform and strategic ERP connectors since December 2023. Previously, Nick held roles as Sr. Director of Product Management at ADP and spent nearly a decade at Ceridian, where responsibilities included leading product development for the NextGen HCM Platform, managing multiple teams across various locations, and ensuring high-quality technical implementations. Nick has a strong background in software development, having transitioned products from legacy systems to modern frameworks, and has nurtured a culture of code quality and effective collaboration throughout their career. An alumnus of Sheridan College, Nick earned a degree in Computer Systems Analysis.
