Mike Silvestro is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in workforce management and employee benefits. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales for North East Major Markets at Ceridian since December 2019, Mike previously held senior business development roles at ADP and Ultimate Software. Additionally, Mike has served as Vice President of Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services and held significant positions at Pierson & Smith and ADP Major Accounts, where expertise in cost-effective employee benefit plans and workforce management solutions was developed. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sacred Heart University, complementing a career focused on optimizing workforce efficiency and enhancing organizational performance.
