Joshua Valdez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and strategic planning. Currently serving as SVP of Products at Dayforce since October 2021, Valdez previously held the position of VP of Product at Workday from 2017 to 2021, where responsibilities included leading product strategy and developer relations for Workday Extend. Valdez co-founded Pattern Technologies and successfully raised $2.5 million in funding while serving as Head of Product & Design from 2015 to 2017. Prior experience includes key roles at Google, where Valdez was Global Head of Strategic Planning and Director of Business Operations, as well as consultancy in product management for financial services at MIDIOR Consulting. Additional roles at Nokia, EMI Strategic Marketing, and as a teacher in the Republic of the Marshall Islands contribute to a diverse professional background. Joshua Valdez holds a degree from Dartmouth College.
