Ed Ciszewski serves as the Vice President of Managed Global Operations at Dayforce, leading a global Managed Services team across multiple countries, including Canada, the US, and several others. With a career spanning over three decades, Ed has held various leadership roles within Ceridian, focusing on Customer Success, service delivery, and organizational transformation. Ed has successfully overseen significant initiatives, such as the integration of new acquisitions and the development of scalable Customer Success models, contributing to substantial revenue generation. Prior to joining Dayforce, Ed gained experience at notable companies, including Control Data Corporation and CompuServe. Ed holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School and a Master of Arts in Systematic Theology from Seton Hall University.
