Barbie Tate currently serves as Vice President of Employee and Executive Communications at Dayforce, having joined the company in June 2023. Previously, Barbie operated as a corporate and executive communications consultant from October 2021 to June 2023, working closely with clients in the services, retail, and technology sectors. Barbie's extensive experience includes a role as Senior Vice President and Global Client Leader at AxiCom, managing the Dell Technologies account, and serving as Senior Manager of Global Corporate Communications at BlackBerry during a pivotal company transformation. Additional positions include Account Director at Ogilvy Public Relations, Senior Account Executive at Ketchum, and Associate at BCW Global, complemented by internships at Ketchum and Fahlgren Mortine. Barbie is currently pursuing an MBA at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, following a BA in Communication Arts with a concentration in Public Relations from Ohio Northern University.
