Awad Kaidoo is an accomplished technology and product development leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Development at Dayforce since May 2018, Awad Kaidoo drives global growth strategies for the Human Capital Management product. Previous roles include Director at Sm@rtSolvz/Ethis Finance, where Awad Kaidoo provided consultancy on digital transformation, and Group Business Systems Manager at Eclosia, focusing on IT strategy and operations. With a solid foundation in project management and business process optimization gained through positions at British American Investment Group, Rogers Aviation, and Emirates Airlines, Awad Kaidoo also contributed as a System Engineer/Technical Advisor at Singapore Airlines.
