Sven Nichting started their career as a Consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants in 2011 and worked there until 2015. Sven then joined CRH, where they held various roles, including Strategic Program Lead and Strategy & Development Executive, from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, Sven moved to AniCura and served as the Operations Manager in the Netherlands until February 2021. Sven was later promoted to Head of Procurement at AniCura Group and worked there until December 2022. Currently, Sven is the Business Development Director at Dayes.

Sven Nichting obtained their Gymnasium degree from Mendelcollege in Haarlem in the years 1998 to 2004. Sven then pursued a BA in International Relations and Affairs at the University of Groningen from 2005 to 2009. Afterward, they completed a brief term of study in Business, Economics & Social Sciences at Uppsala University in 2009. Finally, Sven Nichting obtained an MSc in Business Administration - Double Master degree from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, from 2009 to 2011.
