Mark Olinger possesses a diverse background in information technology and support, with experience in various roles since 2016. Currently serving as an Information Technology Help Desk professional at Daybreak Foods, Inc. since April 2021, Mark previously worked as a Desktop Support Analyst at Employee Benefits Corporation and provided tech support at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, assisting the Bureau of Law Enforcement. Additionally, Mark held the position of Dean's Assistant at Herzing University, where assistance was provided on various projects. Prior experience includes maintenance work at Olinger Apartments. Mark holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from Herzing University and a degree in Graphic Design and Web Design from Western Technical College.
