Pat Flippen serves as the Director of Business Development at Day & Zimmermann since June 2023. Previously, Pat held the role of Director-Business Development and Project Sponsor for Nuclear, DOE, and SMR Markets at Kiewit from October 2015 to June 2023, overseeing client relations from project identification to implementation. Pat also managed welding operations as Area Manager and Welding Director, contributing to a significant LNG project. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Services at Tri Tool Inc., where oversight of domestic and international field services divisions and client development were key responsibilities. Additional roles include Chief Mechanical Superintendent at Stone and Webster Construction Inc. and Regional Client Manager at E. H. Wachs Company. Pat's educational background includes a degree in Construction Supervision from Washtenaw Community College and completion of the UA Steamfitter Apprentice Program.
