Will S. has a diverse work history starting with their most recent position as a Board Member at Purple Heart Homes, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at DAWSON as a Solution Delivery / Business Development professional starting in May 2019. Will S. also has extensive experience in the US Army, serving as an Army Officer from September 1987 to October 2017.

Will S. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at James Madison University from 1983 to 1987. Will then pursued a Masters of Science in Strategic Intelligence at the National Intelligence University from 1996 to 1997. Later, in 2008 to 2009, Will S. attended the USAF Air War College, where they obtained a Masters of Science in Strategic Studies.
