Scheherazade Aylward Soo has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Scheherazade started their career as a Project Engineer at Dick Pacific Construction Co in 2005 and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they served as an Assistant Quality Control Manager at Watts Constructors. Scheherazade then joined dck pacific construction, LLC in 2013 as a Senior Project Engineer, where they were responsible for project controls and coordination with clients and design teams. In 2015, they joined Dawson as a Senior Project Engineer and Quality Control Manager. Scheherazade worked at Dawson until 2017 when they moved to Drayko Construction, Inc. as a Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer. Currently, they are working at DAWSON as a Project Manager.

Scheherazade Aylward Soo pursued their education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1996 to 2002. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering.
