Michael McCarthy has extensive experience in the IT field, with a career spanning over two decades at Dawn Meats. Starting in April 1997 as an IT Systems Administrator at Dawn Meats (Midleton) Ltd, Michael progressed to the role of Systems Support Analyst and eventually became a Senior Developer in September 2009. Michael's educational background includes studies at Munster Technological University, complemented by earlier education at Christian Brother School in Midleton from 1984 to 1989.
