Kate Efsta is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a diverse background in recruiting and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Human Capital Architect at Dawn Health since March 2023, Kate leads recruitment efforts for clinical counselors, tech, and administrative staff while implementing innovative strategies to enhance talent acquisition processes.
