Aaron Melly is an experienced food industry professional currently serving as the Science & Innovation Manager at TMI Foods Limited since May 2017, a subsidiary of Dawn Farm Foods, which is recognized as Europe’s largest supplier of cooked and fermented meat products. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of New Product Development Manager at Dawn Farm Foods starting in April 2010. Aaron’s career includes a tenure as Interim Mobilisation Chef at Compass Group for 2010, where responsibilities involved food services for major corporate clients. In addition, Aaron worked as Food Development/Area Support Chef at Bay Restaurant Group from January 2009 to March 2010 and spent a decade as Head Chef at Scottish & Newcastle from 1999 to 2009. Aaron’s educational background includes an Associate’s Degree in Catering and Hospitality from Bletchley College and an Associate’s Degree in Electronics from Milton Keynes Center Of Engineering.
