Rachel Neuhausen is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Director at DaVita Kidney Care since April 2022. Previously, Rachel held the position of Chief of Staff for Individual and Medicaid markets at Cigna from January 2018 to April 2022, after serving as a Finance Project Manager involved in key projects such as the Express Scripts and Cigna combination. Rachel began their career at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate, consulting for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and also worked as a Public Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where Rachel contributed to the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Rachel's early roles include Press Assistant at the U.S. Department of Commerce and Press Intern at The White House.
