Ray Cook is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business analysis, systems analysis, and project management. Currently serving as an Associate at Davis Pier Consulting since November 2016, Ray has held roles as a Senior Business Analyst for the Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness and the Halifax Regional Municipality, among others. Prior to this role, Ray spent nearly a decade as a Senior Consultant at The Barrington Consulting Group, where involvement in the Drug Information System Project was prominent. Previous positions include Senior Analyst at CGI, Systems Analyst III at Maritime Life, and various programming roles at DMR Consulting Group, Newtel Information Solutions, and EDS Systemhouse. Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Memorial University and a Diploma in Management Information Systems from the College of the North Atlantic.
