Tom Holden is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in embedded technology, project management, and product innovation. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at AEM and Davis Instruments since July 2020, Tom also provides engineering and management consulting through HC Consulting since January 2020. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Total Phase, where Tom led a significant digital transformation and product roadmap that doubled revenue and quadrupled profit, and Director of Project Management at Echelon Corporation, overseeing successful product launches of smart meters. Tom's earlier career includes influential positions at Intelleflex, Trimble, Stanford Telecommunications Inc, and internships at Motorola and Ameritech. Tom holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Math from Marquette University.
