Tom Holden is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in embedded technologies and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at AEM and Davis Instruments, Tom also provides consulting through HC Consulting, focusing on market expansion for embedded technology. Previously, Tom held key executive roles at Total Phase, Echelon Corporation, Intelleflex, and Trimble, where significant achievements included leading digital transformations, developing successful product roadmaps, and managing multi-million dollar engineering budgets. Tom's career began in product development at Stanford Telecommunications Inc. and includes internships at Motorola and Ameritech. Tom holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Math from Marquette University.
