Mark Davis is a seasoned professional in real estate development and investment, currently serving as the Owner of 48 Development Company since April 2017 and as a Board Member at the Grande Center for Education and Economic Opportunity since September 2021. With a strong background in family business as a Partner at Davis Enterprises since 2009, Mark has been instrumental in expanding the firm's focus on diverse real estate projects across Arizona. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Investment Analyst at Alliance Residential Company, where Mark contributed to significant development financing projects, and as Asset Manager at Davis Enterprises Management Co. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business, complemented by a fellowship in Organizational Leadership from the Flinn-Brown Civic Leadership Academy.
