Earl DeLack II currently serves as the Regional Chief Instructor at Davis Defense Group, Inc., a position held since October 2020. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Half of Half Name Brand Clothing from September 2018 to October 2020, and a tenure with the United States Marine Corps (USMC) where Earl held the rank of First Sergeant from March 2015 to September 2018, following a role as Radio/Transmissions Platoon SNCOIC at MWCS-18/USMC from May 2013 to February 2015.
