Laura Elkman is an experienced sales manager currently employed at Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse since April 2015. Prior to this role, Laura served as the Private Dining Coordinator & Marketing for Del Frisco's Restaurant Group from November 2013 to May 2015. Laura also operated Dakota Nantucket as the Owner & Buyer between March 2012 and March 2014, and worked in marketing and special events at Stephanie's on Newbury from February 2008 to August 2011. Earlier in Laura's career, an assistant account executive position was held at Group Two Advertising from April 2009 to January 2010, focusing on strategy and social media client maintenance. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Suffolk University (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from UMass Boston (2009-2010).
