Igor Klimenko is a Full Stack .NET Developer at Davies Turner since September 2019, where design and deployment of in-house shipment delivery control software have been key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Igor worked as a GIS NET Application Developer at Wish Software from September 2012 to July 2019, focusing on the development of Desktop and WEB-based GIS visualization tools throughout the software development lifecycle. Igor's career began at Halcrow, a CH2MHill Company, as a GIS Software Developer from September 2004 to August 2012, contributing to software tools for modeling and data analysis in the Water and Power Business Group. Igor holds a University Degree in Transmission of Digital Information from The University of Electro-Communications and has pursued further education through Oxford Open University Courses since 2005.
