Simon Tyler has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Simon started their career as a Sales Negotiator at Countrywide Estate Agents in 2006. Simon then joined David Wilson Homes in 2008, first as a Sales Advisor and later as an Expressions Manager. In 2014, Simon worked at Barratt Homes as a Secondment Sales Project Manager, where they played a key role in the development and implementation of a new CRM system. Simon returned to David Wilson Homes in 2014 and served as a Trainee Sales Manager, eventually being promoted to Area Sales Manager. Simon then moved to Bloor Homes in 2017 as a Sales Manager before joining Davidsons Homes in 2018 as Head of Sales. In 2020, they were promoted to Sales Director at Davidsons Homes. Throughout their career, Simon has demonstrated leadership skills and a strong understanding of sales strategies, improving sales rates, and enhancing the customer experience.
Simon Tyler attended Warwickshire College from 2004 to 2006, where they completed their A Levels. Simon focused their studies on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services during this time.
