Rebecca Swedberg is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in trading and financial analysis. Currently a Trader specializing in Convertible Arbitrage at Davidson Kempner Capital Management since January 2021, Rebecca previously held trading positions at Apollo Global Management LLC and BlackRock, where Rebecca served as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group. Earlier career experience includes a Jr Trader role at Wellington Shields and an administrative position at Garantum Fondkommission AB. Rebecca's academic credentials include an ongoing program at The London School of Economics and Political Science and an M.B.A. in Finance from LIU Post, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the same institution. Additionally, Rebecca was a full-time student athlete as a four-year starter for the Women's soccer team at Long Island University and contributed as a Graduate Assistant at LIU Post, where responsibilities included tutoring and assisting in finance lesson planning.
