Nicole Doray, MES, currently serves as the Manager of Sustainable Communities at the David Suzuki Foundation and has operated a consultancy focusing on strategy, facilitation, and anti-oppressive human-centered design since February 2019. Nicole employs equity-centered, accessible, and participatory methodologies in collaboration with various organizations, including the United Nations Association and York University. Previously, Nicole held key roles in climate programming at Youth Challenge International, served as a Senior Project Manager at Kite Mobility, and participated as a delegate at The World Bank Youth Summit. Educational credentials include a Master's Diploma in Business and the Environment from Schulich School of Business, a Master's Degree in Environmental Studies from York University, and a trilingual International Bachelor of Arts from Glendon Campus of York University, among others. Nicole is also an experienced speaker at numerous conferences and educational institutions, emphasizing sustainability and community engagement.
