Mathieu Couture is an experienced professional actively engaged in the fields of social economy and citizen mobilization. Currently serving as a board member at Caisse d'économie solidaire Desjardins since April 2022, Mathieu contributes to the sustainable development committee and participates in the Jeune administrateur de la relève program. Simultaneously, at the David Suzuki Foundation, Mathieu works as a specialist in citizen mobilization, focusing on community alliances. Mathieu's academic involvement includes teaching a course on social innovation at HEC Montréal and coordinating international academic competitions. Past roles include executive member of the youth wing at Chantier de l'économie sociale, general coordinator at Mobilisation Action Partage, and ambassador at CHNGR. Mathieu holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in social innovation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in applied economics, both from HEC Montréal.
