Miguel A. Previously, Miguel held roles such as Director of Manufacturing and Operational Excellence Manager at Sonoco, where strategic direction for high-quality textile operations and continuous improvement initiatives were implemented. Additional experience includes senior positions at Donaldson, 3M, Reckitt Benckiser, and BD, where Miguel focused on operational excellence, production management, and safety compliance across various manufacturing environments. Education includes an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Hertfordshire and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, complemented by training as a Conscious Business Coach.
