Lisa Candelaria, PE, is a Senior Traffic Engineer at David Evans and Associates, Inc. with experience in traffic signal design, signing and striping design, traffic impact studies, multimodal design, and temporary traffic control. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Traffic Engineer at AECOM focusing on transportation corridor planning, level of service analysis, crash analysis, and traffic design. Lisa also gained engineering experience at Arizona Department of Transportation and Land Engineering, as well as interned at Walt Disney World. Lisa holds a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona.
