Andrew Lackman's work experience begins in 2006 as a Field Manager at Centex Homes. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager and Estimator at Benchmark Construction Company. In 2010, they joined Wohlsen Construction Company as an Estimator until 2015. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Senior Estimator at Russell & Russell Construction. Andrew then worked as Chief Estimator at Kokolakis Contracting from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Estimator at David Boland, Inc. since 2022.

Andrew Lackman attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Building Technology and Residential Construction Management. In addition to their degree, Andrew Lackman also holds certifications as a General Contractor from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and as a LEED Green Associate from the U.S. Green Building Council.
