Frances Worrall is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at David Austin Roses since November 2023. Previously, Frances held the position of Head of HR Operations, Reward & Benefits at Harrison Clark Rickerbys Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing the end-to-end HR operation and enhancing employee experience.
