Ryan Davenport has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ryan co-founded and served as CEO of Davenport SAF-T Systems, a company focused on safety systems. Prior to this, they owned their own practice called DavenPR, where they provided strategic communications services to healthcare-related organizations and other community-building enterprises. Ryan also worked as a Manager of External Communications at Boston Scientific. Before that, they served as a Media Relations Manager, Senior Media Relations Coordinator, and Media Relations Coordinator at Fairview Health Services. Additionally, they worked as an Account Executive at Weber Shandwick, a Producer at All News Channel/Conus Communications, and a General Assignment Reporter at KDLH-TV.

Ryan Davenport attended the University of St. Thomas from 1985 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
