Rebecca Ingle is an experienced professional in talent development and organizational management, currently serving as Interim People Partner at Dave since February 2020. Prior to this role, Rebecca held multiple positions at Red Bull from April 2017 to February 2020, including Manager Talent Management, where strategy for Talent Management was set and an extensive Onboarding program was developed. Rebecca's earlier experience includes roles at Taco Bell, focusing on people development, recognition programs, and curriculum creation, and at LeAD Labs as a Coaching Intern, fostering leadership skills through evidence-based coaching methodologies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Positive Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
