Zach Carter has a work experience that spans several roles and industries. Zach began their career as a Resident Assistant at the University of Central Arkansas in 2013, eventually becoming the Student Government Association Executive President. During their time at the university, they also interned at Eric Rob & Isaac, where they gained valuable experience. After graduating, Zach joined Cintas in 2016 and worked their way up from a Sales Scholar Intern to a Service Sales Manager. Zach then transitioned to the role of a Uniform Sales Representative before leaving the company in 2023. Currently, Zach is the Director of Revenue at Dave Creek Media.

Zach Carter received a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Central Arkansas in 2016.
