James Fagan is a skilled Senior Game Technician at Dave & Buster's Inc., where since March 2018, responsibilities include leading and training a maintenance team for over 200 player stations, conducting monthly inventories, and troubleshooting over 150 unique arcade machines. James also plays a pivotal role in new store openings and provides nationwide coverage for stores in transition. Prior to this role, James served as a Theatre Technician at Boll Theatre from October 2012 to June 2016, where responsibilities encompassed carpentry, sound and lighting tasks, and managing team productions. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Dayton, obtained in 2016, and is a graduate of Carmel Catholic High School.
