Gary Passardi is an experienced operations director with a career spanning over two decades in the restaurant and entertainment industries. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Director and New Store Openings Director at Dave and Busters since 2001, Gary is responsible for launching new stores across all markets, overseeing the transition from construction to opening, which includes facility setup and team hiring and training.
