Jan Willem Groos is an experienced professional with a strong background in resource management, project management, and consulting within the fields of warehousing and ICT. Currently serving as Resource Manager for the WMS team at NewCold since September 2019 and as Project Manager at Davanti Warehousing BV since February 2018, Jan Willem has also held various leadership positions including Managing Partner at De Feedbackacademie and Woya B.V. Additionally, Jan Willem founded Prompters, a community focusing on professional training and coaching. With extensive experience in managing teams and overseeing projects across multiple organizations since the early 1990s, Jan Willem brings a wealth of knowledge in communication, leadership, and organizational behavior, complemented by a degree in Technische Bedrijfskunde from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
