Anna Betz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, user research, and industrial design. Currently serving as a Pizza Delivery Driver at Davanni's Pizza & Hot Hoagies since July 2020, Anna manages food deliveries and customer sales while maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Previous roles include User Researcher at Co-Creation Nation, where Anna led a team in developing research plans, and an intern at the Minnesota Children's Museum, contributing to exhibit design and prototyping. Additional experience includes catering, retail sales, designing adaptive sports equipment, and coaching a softball team for children with disabilities. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Iowa State University, obtained in 2020.
