Joshua Foote is an experienced attorney currently working at Dauntless Discovery since August 2020, where responsibilities include analyzing complex legal documents related to Data Privacy and employing Quality Control measures. Prior experience includes roles as a Title Agent at Percheron, LLC, handling mineral and surface title research, and as a Discovery Attorney at WilmerHale, providing e-discovery support. Additional positions include Attorney at Black Letter Discovery, Petroleum Landman at Turner Oil & Gas, and Document Reviewer at Chester, Willcox & Saxbe, alongside earlier roles as a Law Clerk and Adjunct Professor. Joshua holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and has earned a Master's degree in International and European Politics from The University of Edinburgh, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in History, Human Development, and Communications from Lee University.
