Mike Troop is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project management and structural engineering. Currently serving as an Associate at Datum Engineers since January 2015, Mike has previously held roles including Graduate Engineer and Structural Intern at Pinnacle Structural Engineers. Early career experiences include a Project Management Intern position at Trelleborg, where Mike managed various subsea projects, and an internship at Structural & Steel Products, Inc., implementing an improved inventory tracking system. Notably, Mike contributed to an Engineers Without Borders project, designing and constructing a cable-suspended bridge in Nicaragua. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rice University.
