KP Reilly has a diverse work experience in the music industry. KP started their career as the Head of Music at DatPiff.com in 2008. In 2010, they joined Tha Alumni Music Group as the EVP, where they worked until 2017. From 2008 to 2012, they served as the VP of Idle Media Inc. In 2018, they became the Record Label Owner at Create Music Group, where they oversaw all distribution, label, marketing, and accounting services. In 2019, they worked as an M&A Consultant and Music Brand Manager at MediaLab. In 2020, they were the Executive Producer for the Checc'n In Podcast. Currently, since January 2021, they hold the position of Senior A&R / Label Manager at WorldStar HipHop, where they launched Worldstar Distribution, a successful joint venture with CREATE Music Group.
